      I thought the same thing, if you’re going to say “out of over” then use a round number after it. Even then, it’s weird phrasing. “Out of 30+” would be more natural imo. Though, just using the specific number is better still.

      my brain says 34=OECD countries. But i just looked it up and OECD has 38 now. So either more countries have been admitted since i was in school or i’m thinking of another international economic organization.

    Calling the US highly developed is a bit of a stretch. Maybe its tier 1 cities sure but much of its midsize cities and less prosperous states have been in a process of urban decay for the past 20 years.

    United States also has more aircraft carriers than all other nations combined. It’s getting a lot for that healthcare war money
