Or are people innately evil and selfish save for the societies’ rules and structure that allow people to be on their best behaviour? Only 10% of people are genuinely good. 10% are genuinely evil. Last 80% are situational whether they do good or evil.
What evidence? Have you ever seen people both past like piaget stage 2 and not absolutely fucked by a globe spanning engine of horrors?
The truth is likely more complicated. ‘Good’ and ‘bad’ are constructs of moral judgement, but point stands.
