    I forget how bad it can be in the US sometimes. Where I live, managers and directors have their own unions, since normal workers and their unions have so much power. System works quite well, since it requires cooperation between the camps. Vindictive workers and impotent leadership doesn’t work either.

    Yeah right, democracy in government is only allowed as a facsimile so long as the bosses and work stay in charge of that too

    I’d love to see democracy at the workplace just to witness 9 employees in a small business tearing each other apart while trying to split a wage
