Wrong, not just as easily. The way we do things is mostly influenced by our emotions and urges. The orange toddler isn’t an asshole because he chose to be that way, he’s an asshole because of his neurology and life experiences.
Animals are aggressive and selfish, with certain exceptions. We will not easily change that. Sure, we could build a different world, but only if we can cast off our base urges first.
Natural doesn’t mean peaceful or pleasant. Nature is jam packed with violence and conflict. The universe is an exceptionally violent place, that is natural.
