If a business only has some shitty Instagram or Facebook page or wants to only be contactable via WhatsApp then they don’t deserve my fucking business.

I’m not saying that it was a fault of pop more my install of it seemed to have issues for whatever reason :)

Plenty of people say that they work fine using wine and lutris. I however have spent 10s of hours trying to get them to work. I had one game work successfully one time and I thought i had cracked it but upon rebooting the system and returning to play more it just constantly crashed again.

I’m sure the issue lies with me somewhere and I havent tried it for a while but just be prepared for a fucking frustrating time if it doesnt just work like so many people claim it does for them.

I have the idea that it may have been my install of pop os that was causing me issues as I could never get arc raiders to load via steam and that is a game that most people said ran absolutely fine I just got sick of spending hours fucking about with things rather than playing games so ended up putting win 10 back on my machine with intention to return and try a different distro but just haven’t got around to it yet.

Reading this thread and lots of people saying no uploads is normal. I know most of what I share is pretty niché but I upload 100s of things every day and I thought that was normal :/

This is cool but I dropped Strava a while ago due to their constant enshittification. As another poster said I would be super interested in something similar that allows importing data from different sources as I have just also dropped garmin for the same reasons and moved to gadgetbridge but will probably miss some of the more granular comparison abilities garmin offered.
